Waxheart

Since December 2023, I have been responsible for submitting WaxHeart to game festivals and reaching out to potential publishers. I also improved the project's pitch deck and compiled a production budget for the game using Excel.

Additionally, I am the game’s primary art producer. In this role, I lead weekly stand-ups, monitor 3D art tasks, remove any immediate roadblocks that come up, and enhance art processes.
